WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION
Within the framework of the General Disclosure Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data and the Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data presented for your information by the BUILDING INSPECTION AND EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDP Law”), I consent to being contacted in return through the contact details I have provided via the contact form at https://www.yapidenetimvedeprem.org.tr/, for the purpose of carrying out Member/Visitor Relations Management Process activities.
I accept and declare that my personal data may be processed by the BUILDING INSPECTION AND EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION as the data controller, or by data processors it has authorised by having them take the necessary security measures, in accordance with the general principles set out in Article 4 of Law No. 6698 — in particular the principle of being retained only for the period required by legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed — in order to provide the services offered to the members/visitors of the Association under the best possible conditions, to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted provision of services, to maximise the satisfaction of members and visitors, to perform various operations relating to the said services, and to carry out and develop operations; and that the identity, address, contact and other personal data directly or indirectly related thereto may be obtained, recorded, securely stored in physical or electronic media for an appropriate period in line with the processing purpose, preserved, modified, reorganised, disclosed in accordance with legislation and transferred, transferred-in, classified, processed, or that the use of the data may be prevented; and I accept and declare that I have been informed by the Association on the above matters and that my explicit consent exists within the framework of the PDP Law.
I accept and declare that, limited to the purposes stated above, my personal data may be transferred by the Association to its employees and officers; to the SSI, İŞKUR and other legally authorised public institutions and organisations; and, within the framework of legal obligations, statutory limitations and the legitimate interests of the Association, to independent audit firms, survey companies, and to the business partners and service providers with whom it works or from whom it receives services in order to carry out the services and/or activities to be provided to me; and that my explicit consent exists in this regard.
In addition, pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law and the relevant legislation, I accept that I have the right to apply to the Association and, regarding myself, to: learn whether my personal data are being processed; request information if my personal data have been processed; learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom my personal data are transferred at home or abroad; request the correction of my personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request the deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist; request that such correction and deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred; object to a result arising against me through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and demand compensation for damages in the event that I suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of my personal data — and that, in order to exercise these rights, I may submit my request, together with the information identifying me and explanations regarding the right I wish to exercise, by completing the form available at https://www.yapidenetimvedeprem.org.tr/ or obtainable from the Association, and delivering a signed copy of the form in person — with documents establishing my identity — to our association located at Kızılırmak Mah. 1443. Cad. 1071 Ankara Plaza Block A No:25 Floor:23 Apt. 160 Çukurambar – Çankaya / ANKARA, or by notary, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, e-mail previously registered in the system, or other methods specified in the PDP Law.
Furthermore, I accept and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Association are accurate and up to date, and that I will notify the Association of any changes in this information.
I declare that I have explicit consent for the processing, use, sharing and storage for the necessary period — limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process — of my personal data, including the special categories of personal data defined in the PDP Law; that the necessary disclosure has been made to me in this regard; and that I have read and understood this text.
