· COMMISSION DUTIES
a) Contributing to mutual aid and solidarity by organising day and evening gatherings and similar meetings among our colleagues on behalf of the Association.
b) Carrying out the necessary organisation of all social activities of the branches and representative offices affiliated with the Association, and directing and managing these activities.
c) Welcoming and hosting protocol visitors coming to the Association.
d) Organising every kind of event held by the Association.
e) Representing the Association at all events to which it is invited, or arranging for flowers and telegrams to be sent.
f) Organising the charity and aid activities we undertake as an Association (helping those in need in natural disasters, providing scholarships to students in need, providing food, clothing and fuel aid to poor families, visiting and/or helping our families of martyrs and veterans, providing aid to schools, mosques and hospitals according to their needs, assisting colleagues who have lost their jobs and are experiencing financial hardship, and supporting people with disabilities).
g) Carrying out celebration activities for the public and our colleagues on national days and religious holidays.
