Pursuant to Article 3.2 of the Specification for Architectural and Engineering Services, which entered into force by Council of Ministers Decision No. 85/9707 dated 16/7/1985, the 2014 Approximate Unit Construction Costs to be used in calculating architectural and engineering service fees have been determined below, taking into account the class of the structure that forms the basis of the architectural services, and including general construction overheads and contractor’s profit.

1) Similar structures shall be determined by the implementing institutions and organisations by analogy with the structures in the relevant group, drawing on the relevant provisions of the Specification for Architectural and Engineering Services.
2) For architectural and engineering services whose structural class and group were determined according to communiqués prior to 2014 and whose class or group has been changed or which have been removed from the communiqué in the revision work of the communiqué, the calculation shall be made on the basis of the corresponding amount in the 2014 communiqué, without changing the structural class and group set in the communiqué of the year in which it was determined.
