ON THE RECORDS OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS, SITE SUPERVISORS AND AUTHORISATION
REGULATION AMENDING THE REGULATION ON CERTIFIED TRADESMEN
REGULATION TO BE MADE
ARTICLE 1 – The seventh paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on the Records of Building Contractors and on Site Supervisors and Authorisation-Certified Tradesmen, published in the Official Gazette dated 16/12/2010 and numbered 27787, has been amended as follows.
Repealed Article ( (7) The building contractor is obliged to conclude a construction contract with the building owner and to sign the building permit and the building occupancy permit. )
“(7) The building contractor is obliged to conclude a construction contract with the building owner.”
ARTICLE 2 – The eleventh paragraph of Article 10 of the same Regulation has been repealed.
Repealed Article 11) The site supervisor is obliged to sign the building permit and the building occupancy permit relating to the construction work in which they are engaged.
ARTICLE 3 – This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 4 – The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Environment and Urbanisation.
