ASTOP / the Ankara Platform of Non-Governmental Organisations, through the ‘’ASTOP 5 December International Volunteers Day Ceremony’’ that it has organised every year since 2006, recognises successful non-governmental organisations that have served our country, our state and our nation with the ‘Distinguished Service and Achievement Certificate’ and encourages them to continue their work; as of 2021 it continues its activities with Ankara’s 22 strong and pioneering non-governmental organisations. The “DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AND ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATE” of the Ankara Platform of Non-Governmental Organisations (ASTOP) was received by the President of the Building Inspection and Earthquake Engineering Association, Nazmi ŞAHİN, and Executive Board Members Serdar AKÇİL, Selim Sinan KÖSE, Cem ÖZTÜRK and Yaşar OKÇUOĞLU. The award was presented by the ASTOP Term Spokesperson, ASIAD President Ms. Eda ERSOY TOMBAKOĞLU.
