As the Building Inspection and Earthquake Engineering Association, at the symposium titled “The Legal and Criminal Liability of Engineers and Architects in Natural Disasters and Building Inspection Services” that we will hold on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 / 9:30 – 16:30 / at the Chamber of Civil Engineers, Necatibey Caddesi No:57 Çankaya/Ankara, professional liability in the building inspection process arising from urbanisation in our country, zoning and urban planning issues, the legal processes experienced following natural disasters, and labour and social security law matters will be assessed by expert speakers from the Presidency of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Türkiye, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye, faculty members of university law faculties, and professional organisations. The presentations and assessments on these specific topics are intended to contribute to the building inspection sector.
